  • 1 apricot
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 C. orange blossom
  • 50 g cottage cheese or a small Swiss cheese.


Wash and dry the apricot. Take off its core and cut its mumps into quarters. Melt the butter in a pan and place the pieces of fruit in it. Brown in butter and sprinkle with brown sugar to brown. Add orange blossom water and finish cooking. Let cool, then serve with cottage cheese or a small Swiss cheese.
